按提供方与模型保存思考等级：推理强度不再只属于设置它的那次会话，还会应用到 dsh 从不询问的子代理。会话内的手动选择依然优先，没有配置的模型保持提供方默认值。

A thinking level stored per provider and model, so reasoning effort outlives the session it was set in and also reaches subagents, which dsh never asks. The in-session picker still wins, and a model with no row keeps its provider default.
