DSH 侧边栏页脚排序：将 sidebar.footer.action 槽位改为上下堆叠，并允许用户配置各条目自上而下的排列顺序。

DSH sidebar footer ordering: forces the sidebar.footer.action slot into a vertical stack and lets users configure the top-to-bottom order of its entries.

安装命令

该插件尚未生成经过校验的安装命令。

安装后运行 dsh --profile web --dump-config 并重启对应 profile。插件会以你的本机权限运行第三方代码，安装前请检查源码。
