DSH Web 与 Desktop 端的内置浏览器：通过 Puppeteer 渲染代理实现多标签浏览并绕过 X-Frame-Options，按工作区持久化标签，支持工作区文件预览，以及 agent 工具（browser_open、browser_read）。
