把本会话里更早的内容引用进输入框：在任意消息里划选文字出现"引用"按钮，或输入 @ 选择整条消息；引用以原生 chip 形式存在，发送时序列化为引用块进入 prompt。纯客户端，无宿主路由，无自定义会话事件。

Quote earlier content of the current session into the composer: select text in any message for a Quote pill, or type @ to pick a whole message; the quote travels as a native reference chip and is serialized into the prompt as a blockquote. Client-only, no host routes, no custom session events.
